How it works
- Choose the pair and amount. You see the live rate with the 0.4% fee already applied, and the network fee of the coin you receive.
- Enter your receiving address. Creating the order locks the rate for 30 minutes.
- Send the exact amount to the deposit address shown, on the indicated network.
- Receive your coins once the deposit confirms — typically 5–30 minutes in total, depending on the network.
What makes an instant exchange trustworthy
- A rate you can see before you pay, and that does not change while your deposit confirms.
- Clear costs: one service fee and the real network fee, nothing hidden in the price.
- Live tracking: your order page shows each step and the transaction hash of the payout.
- Refunds when needed: if a swap cannot be completed, the funds are returned to your refund address.
Limits
The minimum is around $20 per order, so the network fee stays small compared with the amount. You can check the minimum and maximum for each coin right in the form — they update with the price.
